Nature Jello

As I wrote in my "Exotic Plants" , I have this xuong xam plant which I mashed the leaves, mix with water then strain through a strainer. The liquid will jell making a greenish color jello .
During summer time in Vietnam, it was sold at corners of many street. They would cut it into chunk and serve with ice and syrup . It is a thirst quencher .
